Parasites - The Monsters Within

A must -read article about parasites by the Guru of cleansing, the owner of Ejuva, Dr. Charles Partito N.D.

85% to 95% of all American adults have at least one form of parasite living in their body.  Virtually all free living animals are hosts to parasites.  A parasite is an organism that lives in a organism called a host and receives all of its nutrients from its host.  Unlike predators, parasites are much smaller than their hosts and also reproduce much faster than their hosts.

Parasites survive by exploiting their hosts.  By robbing their host of valuable nutrients.  Some parasites even kill their hosts.  Dr. Donald Kelly, a leading expert in weight management, claims, "Parasites are a leading cause of obesity.  They rob our bodies of valuable nutrients leaving our body with only empty calories as leftovers.  The body will crave more foodstuff as it is starved of the ever so needed vitamins and minerals."

Parasite is a Greek word meaning a person who hung around the home of a wealthy patron waiting for a free meal.  Most parasites live in one area of its host's body; e.g. Brain, Liver, or Intestines. Some parasites require multiple hosts to survive.  Parasites employ numerous tactics for getting from one host to another including penetrating external surfaces, while others must be ingested.  Parasites will live in its host undetected for years.  Some laying up to 300,000 eggs per day.  They come in all sizes from small enough to live in a single blood vessel, to 20 feet long.

If you want to know if you are a host there are tests that can be done.  But, in my opinion, the most accurate test is to simply look in the mirror.  Whomever you see staring back you is likely infested.  If your not infested this year, then likely next year, or the year after that.  But know this, if your not now, you will be soon.  Parasites are in our food, in our drinks, on our pets,  on our partners, and on our children. This is why my teacher and mentor says "no matter who you are, you should undertake an annual parasitical cleanse!"

Parasites clearly rule the earth and not only do they rob the body of nutrients but they excrete many toxins.  As raw foodists we are true health seekers.  But, as raw foodists we are more susceptible to parasitical infestations than those who are cooked.   We are all doing herbal cleansing to remove stored toxins but it is rare when we cleanse to kill the monsters within.

Ejuva offers a two week liquid herb and homeopathic cleanse called Para Nix that is specific not only for killing parasites.  But, unlike 99% of the parasitical cleanses out there, Para Nix kills the eggs and larva of parasites as well.  Para Nix is as effective at removing all stages of parasites as any synthetic allopathic treatment but, without the harsh side effects.  Para Nix can be consumed by itself or with the Ejuva Body Cleanse.  I would like  to thank the raw community for supporting Ejuva for the last 2 decades by taking 20% off the Para Nix cleanse with mention of this article.

Based on his 20 years of experience with over 20,000 patients Dr. Ross Anderson states, "parasites are one of the most undiagnosed health challenges in the U.S. " It would seem that this would be an easy problem to diagnose and treat, truth is, its anything but easy. Parasites come in all shapes and sizes and various stages of development, and are extremely difficult to diagnose. - most lab tests miss them. Truth be told, most western Allopathic doctors are not trained to look for them, or even know what the symptoms are.

Hulda Clark, Ph.D., N.D. states in her book, "The Cure for All Diseases" that all illness comes from only two causes - parasites and pollutants. She goes on to say "parasites are as rampant as pollutants in today's modern society."

Author Carl Zimmer discusses the complex strategies parasites use to insure their survival in his book, "Parasite Rex,". They can mimic their hosts biochemically so that they go undetected and slip past our defenses. They then "fool" the host into actually providing protection. They are not affected by vaccines ( WHICH YOU SHOULD NEVER GET) nor do they mimic other diseases. Parasites life cycles are very complex as are their defenses.

Carl Zimmer and many other scientists who study parasites (aka parasitoligist) are all amazed at the complexity and resourcefulness of parasites. The amount of speed in which they can spread is fascinating! How easily they can jump from host to host, and how they can complicate their life cycles to avoid detection or eradication. Most people how on idea of the many kinds of bizarre and devastating effects that parasites can have on the hosts.

Virtually anyone alive has failed to escaped from parasites. The reason is that the prevailing perception is that these types of problems only occur in third world countries. I've even western Allopathic doctors say, "We don't have parasite problems in this country." But nothing can be further from the truth. In actuality, they are common place and are found nearly everywhere in our environment.

Parasite Hate to go! After all, they're very happy with the steady stream of nutrients, accommodations, and warm cozy breading ground their hosts provide. Parasites survival is dependent upon robbing you, their host of nutrients. Parasites are going to put up a fight if you challenge them! Parasites tend to die slowly and cause much distress as they go, no matter what method is used.

Dr. SO. Scott, an infectious disease expert, states as parasites are dying off, they release loads of extra toxins (through their excrement). With the need to escape the now unfriendly environment, parasites try to burrow deeper into the intestines, causing sharp pains and cramps. When they do die, their dead carcasses create a toxic burden for your body. Your body has to work extra-hard to eliminate these toxins. This often causes quite a bit of discomfort until the situation is cleared out.

If that was not enough, parasites harbor their own smaller parasites, germs and infections (protozoa, amoebae, bacteria, viruses, etc). As Parasites are dying, they release the microbes and germs they harbored into your body and bloodstream - This is why it is so important to keep your immune system up when fighting these guys. Proper live foods and live supplements are a must when fighting these guys.
