Processing Your Order

Wholesale Bundle shipping policies:
Your bundle order will determine your wholesale pricing. We offer 3 different levels of Wholesale pricing, 30%, 40% and 44% off Retail. After purchasing your bundle, and selling your bundle you do not have to re-order anymore bundles to receive your discount. I.E. if you ordered 10 kits you will receive 40% off retail. Once you run out of those kits you do not need to order 10 more kits to receive your discount. You may order as few as one and still receive your 40% discount.
Drop shipping policies for Multiple Addresses or Shipments Spread out over a Period of Time:
To better serve you we offer drop shipping. You are not required to accept your entire bundle purchase. We can drop ship your orders for you, this both keeps the kits fresh and out of your way. However, Drop shipping may increase the shipping price you were originally charged when you purchased your bundle.
In an effort to give customers the freshest ingredients possible we do not make the kits until you order them. Our products are not sitting around in plastic containers under Florescent lights hoping someone will buy them sometime in the near future. As such, If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return your product/products you have 30 days from date of
purchase to do so under the following guidelines: The products must be unopened and unused. You will be charged a 20% re~stock fee and you must call our office at 909 496 3252 to get a return authorization number before sending it back. Any products containing Moflora must be sent back by Express shipment only or return will be refused.
NOTE – There are no refunds on downloadable products.
Regarding All International Orders – If for any reasons the product is refused or destroyed by either client or Customs, client is responsible for all fees associated with the order including but not limited to shipping there, shipping back and the 20% restock fee. Client is responsible for any and all taxes and duties imposed by customs.
